Help on: listen
Syntax: | listen [<direction/door>] |
Class: | Rogue |
Level: | 5 |
Minimum: | listen |
Stats: | Endurance/Perception |
The listen command tells the rogue about the location of nearby creatures. Not all creatures will make sounds, but most do. Without arguments, listen gives a list of all activity heard by the rogue, possibly enabling the rogue to detect the presence of a hidden exit. If an argument is given, it can either limit the direction of hearing or allow the rogue to listen through a closed door (closed exits are ignored in the general case).
