The caster can use this spell to force others not more than two levels higher to flee in terror from their presence. If the victim can see the caster, he avoids the caster's presence for 1 mud hour, but fights if attacked. The victim's willpower is drained greatly for the same period of time. After the hour expires, the victim continues to hate the caster for quite a while.
