Help on: disarm

Disarm is a skill used to wrest your opponent's weapon from his grasp. Chances vary depending on relative levels, skill in disarm, your opponent's attack ability, and a couple of other less direct factors. Opponents of significantly higher level may pose a problem, as they are more skilled at combat than you are likely to be, and may cause your attempts to end in the dropping of your own weapon. In some cases, an NPC opponent may decide to snatch up your dropped weapon and wield it himself. So be prepared when you think you may be going in over your head.
